Avocado Mango Salsa

A great addition to spoon over fish, or serve as a side salad, and to use as an appetizer with tortilla chips.

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, diced
1 large mango, diced
1//2 cups chopped red onion
juice from one lime
2 fresh corn cobs
1/2 cucumber, sliced and quartered
1/2 red bell pepper
2 tbsps. finely chopped cilantro
Salt to taste

Directions:
Shave corn from cobs, dice the rest of the ingredients, mix together.  Juice 1 lime and stir over ingredients.  Salt to taste.
